All communication happens through BENISA for a safe and secure experience.
What happens after my item is sold?
The item is collected from the seller and delivered to the buyer. Payment is released once delivery is confirmed.
Are there any seller fees?
We charge a small commission on successful sales to support platform operations.
How do I buy an item?
Browse listings, select an item, and proceed to checkout.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
How long does delivery take?
Next-day delivery across the UAE (Monday to Saturday).
Do you charge for delivery?
Yes, delivery fees are shown at checkout.
What if my item is not as described?
If an item is significantly different from its description, you can report an issue within 48 hours of delivery through your order details.
