Purpose
These Terms govern access to and use of BENISA and define the contractual relationship between Users and BENISA.
Platform Nature
BENISA is a C-to-C marketplace acting solely as a technical intermediary. BENISA does not own, inspect, or sell listed items.
User Accounts & Obligations
Users must be at least 18 years old and must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Multiple accounts are not permitted without prior authorization.
Users may register as Buyers or Sellers (Independent, Brand, or Boutique).
Account Verification
All Users must verify their account via OTP during registration.
Identity verification (ID and selfie) is required for Sellers in order to sell items securely on the platform.
Returns & Disputes
Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, counterfeit, or misdescribed items.
Buyers must report issues within 48 hours with supporting evidence.
BENISA may act as a neutral intermediary but does not guarantee dispute resolution.
Service fees (10%) are non-refundable.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BENISA does not guarantee the authenticity, quality, legality, or delivery of listed items. Users are responsible for reviewing listings before purchase.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, and interface are the property of BENISA DIGITAL FZ-LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Account Suspension
BENISA may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. All disputes fall under UAE jurisdiction.
